Looking for Bartenders / Servers for Skyes Pub & Eatery NEW Pub Opening Soon next to Tiny's Bar & Grill In Paradise.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus and taking drink and food orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails
- Ensure compliance with local legal drinking age and regulations
- Engage in friendly conversation with customers while upholding a professional demeanor
- Maintain a clean and organized bar / restaurant area
- Review food and beverage specials and make recommendations to customers
- Collect payments and operate a cash register
- Upsell food and beverage items as appropriate
- Work with the kitchen to fill food orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar/restaurant environment
- A strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, as well as wine and beer varieties
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well with a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Physical abilities – standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds.
