*We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this part-time role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle phone calls and respond to emails related to reservations and guest services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and process payments.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Assist with special requests and ensure a positive guest experience.
Schedule:
- Weekdays from 3 PM to 11 PM.
- Availability to work a few weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong English reading and writing skills are required.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with hotel management software is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
