Line Cook/Prep Cook

Job Description
Preparation and maintaining stock of all menu items, maintain kitchen throughout the shift
Clean the entire kitchen area to the department of health requirements
Be aware of the menu and menu ingredients.
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to established menus and recipes
Cutting of meats to proper portions
Cleaning, maintaining, and stocking of coolers.
Proper food handling procedures
Anything else assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of all cuts of meat
Works with coworkers, managers, and customers when required professionally to support the overall smooth flow of operation and to increase customer satisfaction
Good customer service skills.
