Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our hotel guests.
Duties:
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards set by the hotel
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, custodial, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
