The time of COVID-19 brings new fears and challenges to our lives. We analyze how the spread of this virus brought about - and renewed - discrimination towards East-Asian communities. This concise 20-minute workshop will walk through accounts of racism in Canadian history, direct and indirect racism when the virus first arrived in Canada, and how to identify new racism. This module is designed for everyone.
