The Forager at Cliffs Edge Retreat has become a top-tier dining destination on the Irish Loop—and we are looking for an experienced Front-of-House Manager to help lead our next stage of growth.
Overlooking the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve and approximately 45 minutes from St. John’s, The Forager welcomes local diners and travellers from across Canada and around the world.
This is a full-time, year-round, hands-on leadership position. You will lead daily service, develop a strong front-of-house team and remain actively involved in creating exceptional guest experiences.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has restaurant-management, supervisory or senior service experience
- Leads by example and brings people together
- Takes pride in exceptional hospitality
- Can train, motivate and support a cohesive team
- Is organized, dependable and comfortable working alongside employees on the floor
