Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about food preparation and presentation.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
