Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning utensils
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
-Handle VLT transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail presentation
- Ability to accurately measure ingredients and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Cash handling experience is a plus
