WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help set up, open and close the catering area.
- Serve all food and beverages on different occasions such as buffets, cocktail events or receptions.
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests throughout the service to offer them a unique experience.
- Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean, disinfected and well organized.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
- Experience in restaurant service, an asset
- Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads of up to 50 lb
- Excellent stress and pressure management skills
- Sociable and team player
- Natural ability to communicate well
