Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
