We are excited to announce that the 2025 Hospitality NL Conference and Trade Show will take place from March 11-13, 2025, at the newly expanded JAG Hotel in St. John's. Mark your calendars for this can’t miss event that brings together tourism industry professionals, leaders, and partners from across Newfoundland and Labrador and Canada.

The newly expanded JAG Hotel features a state-of-the-art two-story multi-purpose venue and will be an exciting location for our 2025 Conference and Trade Show.

Next Generation Pass 

This full delegate pass, available to additional delegates of Hospitality NL members who are under the age of 30, is designed to promote mentorship and professional development within the industry by introducing people to the established tourism community.

Day Passes

Day pass options allow delegates to experience a particular portion of the Conference program without committing to the entire event and includes access to sessions and lunch for either Wednesday or Thursday. Limited quantities available!

Cancellation Policy

Refunds of registration fees will be granted less a $100.00 administration fee until Friday February 28th, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing at the Hospitality NL office on or before this date. Please send cancellation requests to Susie Greene. We regret that no refunds will be granted after this date.
