Event Description:
Service Best NL is a full-day workshop that teaches employees and businesses how to create memorable customer experiences, identify and respond to customer needs, and turn dissatisfied customers into loyal fans.

3. Use the techniques for developing and maintaining a Service Best attitude:

  • Communication
  • Identifying hot buttons

This special rate is being offered to Memorial University students for the Customer Service Workshop being held on November 25th, 2023 in partnership with Memorial University's Career Month. 

Cancellation Policy:

Hospitality NL offers a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. We will refund 100% of an individual’s registration fee if cancelled in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the workshop. In the case of a last minute cancellation (less than 48 hours), the individual registration can be transferred to a friend, colleague, or employee. The registration transfer must be for the same scheduled workshop, it cannot be credited to use at another time.

If an entire workshop is cancelled by the host due to low registration numbers or circumstances out of our control, all paid participants will be refunded within 72 hours of the planned workshop.
