Cancellation Policy:

Hospitality NL offers a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. We will refund 100% of an individual’s registration fee if cancelled in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the workshop. In the case of a last minute cancellation (less than 48 hours), the individual registration can be transferred to a friend, colleague, or employee. The registration transfer must be for the same scheduled workshop, it cannot be credited to use at another time.
