Jiaxuan (Jasmine) is the Director of Workforce Inclusion at Tourism HR Canada, leading initiatives to integrate equity-deserving groups into the tourism workforce. With expertise in program design, DEI, immigrant integration, and employment counseling, she currently leads Belong, a pan-Canadian initiative advancing inclusive and accessible workplaces for people with disabilities. As a visible minority immigrant woman, Jasmine is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, striving to create opportunities where everyone can thrive.
Jamie Millar-Dixon
With over 35 years of HR experience, including a decade in the hotel industry, Jamie Millar-Dixon is a recognized leader in inclusive hiring and workforce accessibility. As Principal Consultant at MacLeod Silver HR and Lead Consultant for the Tourism Workplace Accessibility Clinic, she drives initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jamie developed the Four Pillars of Accessible Employment model and led the expansion of BC WiN into CAN WiN, advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities across Canada.
