About the Role

Keyin College is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of International Admissions to lead the strategy, operations, and growth of our international division.

As the leader responsible for the division’s revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance, the Director will oversee all aspects of international recruitment, admissions, onboarding, and student support across multiple markets and campuses. This role requires a proven leader with strong financial acumen, global market insight, and the ability to drive sustainable growth while ensuring an exceptional student experience.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Set strategic direction and manage financial performance.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year growth strategies.
  • Drive market entry decisions, agent partnerships, and program expansion.

Recruitment & Conversion

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee agent relationships and optimize conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Ensure recruitment materials meet compliance and program standards.

Admissions & Student Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end admissions through MyKeyin (International Version).
  • Standardize onboarding workflows for students’ pre-departure to arrival.
  • Provide comprehensive support for visas, housing, healthcare, and integration.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee systems including CRM (LeadSquared), Service Desk, and MyKeyin.
  • Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and student experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and institutional requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a high-performance international team across recruitment, admissions, and student services.
  • Define KPIs, roles, and accountability structures.
  • Foster a student-centered, performance-driven culture.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to align services with student needs.
  • Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and settlement agencies.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in international education, business development, or operations leadership.
  • Strong financial management experience, with responsibility for both revenue and expenses.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with CRM and SIS platforms.
  • Ability to lead complex, multi-market operations across cultures and time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Education, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • RCIC certification considered an asset.
