DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for staff scheduling and labor cost
  • Knowledge of room availability and meeting room bookings
  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Food & Beverage Servers in the dining room and banquet facilities
  • Greets and escorts patrons to tables, ensures they are comfortable, hands them the menus and makes sure they are served promptly
  • Takes and assigns tables for dining room reservations
  • Inspect dining room service stations for cleanliness and general appearance
  • Settle guests complaints with tack and diplomacy
  • Assist in serving if the dining room is busy
  • Accepts payment from patrons and balances cash

· Responsible for restocking of inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour
