DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Duties:
- Responsible for staff scheduling and labor cost
- Knowledge of room availability and meeting room bookings
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Food & Beverage Servers in the dining room and banquet facilities
- Greets and escorts patrons to tables, ensures they are comfortable, hands them the menus and makes sure they are served promptly
- Takes and assigns tables for dining room reservations
- Inspect dining room service stations for cleanliness and general appearance
- Settle guests complaints with tack and diplomacy
- Assist in serving if the dining room is busy
- Accepts payment from patrons and balances cash
· Responsible for restocking of inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00 per hour
