We are looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success (B2B) to lead the post-sale experience across our growing portfolio of B2B partnerships.
This is not a sales roleits a high-impact leadership role focused on ensuring clients actually realize value from their investment.

The Role
As Senior Manager, Client Success (B2B), you will own the post-sale client lifecyclefrom handoff through delivery, adoption, and renewal readiness.
You will act as the central coordination point across teams, ensuring that:
- Clients understand what success looks like
- Programs are delivered effectively
- Participation and engagement remain high
- Risks are identified early and addressed quickly
This role sits at the intersection of operations, relationships, and outcomesand is critical to retention and long-term growth.
What Youll Do
- Own and coordinate the client experience following handoff from Sales
- Lead ongoing client communication and relationship management
- Drive adoption by supporting registration, enrollment, and participation strategies
- Monitor key metrics (utilization, completion, satisfaction) and proactively manage risk
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with client commitments
- Act as the escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support retention, renewals, and expansion in partnership with Sales
- Contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and executive insights
- Identify gaps in the client journey and help build scalable processes and playbooks
- Support client success across national and international partnerships, ensuring consistent outcomes regardless of location
What You Bring
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or B2B relationship management
- Proven experience driving adoption, utilization, and retention post-sale
- Strong ability to influence across teams without direct authority
- Experience working with performance metrics and client success KPIs
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
