Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Marble Mountain. This key role is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations at the resort, managing guest communications, and overseeing bookings for the Marble Villa—our 31-unit rental property. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional communicator who can multitask effectively and provide top-tier customer service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Resort Administration
● Answer and direct all incoming calls to the resort’s main phone line
● Monitor and respond to the company’s primary email account
● Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
● Assist with organizing internal documents, schedules, and reports
Marble Villa Bookings
● Manage all accommodation inquiries and reservations for the Marble Villa
● Monitor and respond promptly to booking platforms including:
○ Our official website
○ Airbnb
○ Expedia
○ Booking.com
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings and guest communications
● Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and support housekeeping and maintenance scheduling as required
● Resolve guest issues or escalate as appropriate, ensuring excellent guest experiences
Qualifications & Skills:
● Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles (hospitality experience is an asset)
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Proficient in email, phone, and online platform communication
● Comfortable using property management systems and booking platforms (training provided) ● Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Flexibility to work weekends or holidays during peak season, if required
● A satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from RCMP or local police authority.

There is the option to live on-site in a fully furnished 1-bedroom condo, with all amenities included—offering a convenient and comfortable lifestyle right at the base of the mountain. These accommodations would be a live in administrator role and would be on call some evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $18.45 per hour
