Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy service periods.

Skills

  • Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.60-$22.17 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
