What You’ll Do:
As our Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead our housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Your role will include:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise and support housekeeping, laundry, houseperson and maintance staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and policies.
- Schedule staff in line with occupancy forecasts to optimize labor costs and maintain service quality.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
- Implement and maintain effective cleaning programs, including deep-cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and address any operational challenges.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training on proper use of equipment and cleaning chemicals, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records related to inspections, inventory, and staff performance.
