Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this vital position.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, including providing local information and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
  • Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience during their stay
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and guest satisfaction

Skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and reservation software
  • Knowledge of guest services standards within the hospitality industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
