Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this vital position.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, including providing local information and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience during their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of guest services standards within the hospitality industry
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
