Dishwashing – ensure proper cleaning of all dishes, pots, pan etc , General cleanliness of the kitchen area , Clean the kitchen area to department of health requirements ( as requested / needed ) Removing garbage from kitchen, Aiding in putting stock away when required Employee is evaluated primarily on production. Employee works closely with other co-workers and guests, provides food service and audiovisual tech support for functions. Setting of banquet rooms, Cleaning of public washrooms, Removing garbage from guest floors, dishwashing , Assisting Housekeeping Department , bring luggage to customer rooms, Anything else assigned by supervisor.
