Westwood Inn & Suites is actively seeking a Live-In Supervisor to maintain and overlook day to day operations.
Who you are:
We are seeking an individual who has good customer service skills, is able to work under pressure and can support multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in hospitality, tourism or other similar industries. This position is full time, and does require the successful candidate to live on-site with accommodations provided.
Accommodations:
A 3-bedroom apartment on the premises is provided, and the rent will be subsidized based on the skill and responsibilities of the individuals.
Overseeing Hotel Operations:
- Schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff.
- Ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
- Train staff on basic computer skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and capable of learning hotel management software.
- Handle emails and other digital communication effectively.
Front Desk Tasks:
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage room bookings and reservations.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Housekeeping:
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining the rooms and common areas.
- Ensure that rooms are properly prepared for guests and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Bartending:
- Serve guests at the hotel lounge, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
