Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs for guests during the night shift.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled at the end of each day.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Prepare nightly reports detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
