Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring that our front office runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Also responsible for the housekeeping department, will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, including supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment, including managing phone systems and reservations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
  • Prepare reports on front office activities, occupancy rates, and guest feedback for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
