With 6 generations of our lighthouse keeping in ouR family, you'll have expert navigation to all there is to see and do in the region.

If you want to learn about our folklore, history, food and traditions, our Foraging Feast and Culinary Art experience is perfect! If you're interested in the rich history of our shores, you won't want to miss our Shipwreck Heroes adventure, where we hike to see the remnants of The Crewe – a ship that was wrecked in 1901. Afterwards, we'll visit Cape Pine Lighthouse, where you will learn about advances in navigational tools and the significance of Cape Pine to the Myrick family.

The Keeper’s Kitchen is approximately two-hours drive from the capital city of St. John's via the scenic Irish Loop along the southern shore or down through St. Mary's Bay.

We are situated between Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site + Cape Race Lighthouse, and one of the best up-close shoreline places to whale watch in the province - St. Vincent’s Beach. This makes us the ideal spot to use as your home base when exploring the beautiful southern tip of Newfoundland's Avalon Peninsula.
