As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and personable Admissions Advisor to join our team in St. John’s, NL.

What You’ll Do
As an Admissions Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide for prospective students—helping them envision their future at Keyin and supporting them every step of the way.
- Engage Prospective Students – Be the first point of contact for new leads, offering a warm, informative, and personalized experience.
- Drive Enrollment Success – Make 50+ outbound calls daily, host one-on-one meetings, and convert inquiries into enrollments through authentic relationship-building.
- Track & Report – Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while keeping data accurate in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Showcase Program Value – Build deep knowledge of Keyin programs and communicate their benefits with confidence and passion.
- Reignite Interest – Reconnect with leads who haven’t yet taken the next step and inspire them to pursue their goals.
- Collaborate & Represent – Partner with the Marketing, Finance, and Administration teams and represent Keyin at events, webinars, and community initiatives.
What You Bring
- Strong sales instincts and persuasive communication skills.
- A detail-oriented, multitasking mindset with resilience in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take coaching.
- Experience in sales or customer service (education or rural community engagement is a strong asset).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
