SERVER
Alcock & Brown’s & The Hanger Lounge

Objective:
To ensure the patrons receive the highest quality of service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons and escort them to their table.
• Take and serve beverage and food orders.
• Clear tables and place new settings.
• Complete a shift report and various forms of payment
• Inspect restaurant/lounge for cleanliness
• Count stock beer and wine.
• Video Lottery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to upsell menu items
• Knowledge of POS Systems
• Be 19 years of age
• Experience would be an asset, but not essential.
• Demonstrate, at all times a friendly, but respectful, and professional

manner
