SERVER
Alcock & Brown’s & The Hanger Lounge
Objective:
To ensure the patrons receive the highest quality of service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patrons and escort them to their table.
- Take and serve beverage and food orders.
- Clear tables and place new settings.
- Complete a shift report and various forms of payment
- Inspect restaurant/lounge for cleanliness
- Count stock beer and wine.
- Video Lottery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to upsell menu items
- Knowledge of POS Systems
- Be 19 years of age
- Experience would be an asset, but not essential.
- Demonstrate, at all times a friendly, but respectful, and professional
manner
