As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our St. John’s campus.

The Role
As Office Administrator, you’ll play a central role in providing exceptional front-line service to students, staff, and visitors while supporting efficient campus operations. Working closely with the Campus Operations Manager and team members, this role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and daily correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, documents, and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize office files in line with college procedures.
  • Ensure efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite tools for daily tasks.
  • Support campus operations in collaboration with team members.
  • Assist with student inquiries and services with professionalism and care.

What You Bring

  • Completion of an Office or Business Administration program (we especially welcome applications from Keyin College graduates!).
  • Experience in office administration, reception, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • A professional, approachable demeanor and attention to detail.
