Full job description
-To be welcoming with all visitors to the Grand Falls-Windsor Heritage Centre.
-To obtain a good understanding of the history of the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor and to impart that knowledge to visitors while providing interpretive tours of the Heritage Centre.
-To provide information to tourists about local services and attractions in the community.
- To assist with the development and implementation of events, programs and projects.
- To learn to use the museum database software Past Perfect and to be able to respond to requests for historical photos using this software application.
-When not interacting with visitors, assisting with organizing and maintaining displays and information and with the cataloguing, documenting and digitization of our collection.

Position is being funded by Canada Summer Jobs. Must meet all program criteria including but not limited to being between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period .

Contract length: 8 weeks
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
