This is a position of Bartender/Hostess/Host
Duties include:
*Opening and closing of bar and balancing shift
*Using POS System
*Greeting and seating customers in the dining room
*Wine service in the dining room
*Serving some beverages from the bar to the dining room
*Responsible for lotto and cashing lotto tickets
*Serving customers in the bar
*Serving food in the bar
*General cleaning of the bar
*Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
