Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent at Courtyard by Marriott, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in alignment with Marriott brand standards. You will support efficient front office operations and provide personalized service that reflects Courtyard’s warm, inviting atmosphere and our commitment to guest satisfaction.
Schedule and Hours:
This is a part-time position, with a typical schedule ranging between 24 to 32 hours per week, depending on business needs and occupancy levels. Flexibility is essential, as additional hours may be available during peak periods.

- Morning shift
- Evening shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in guests using Marriott’s FOSSE system in accordance with brand procedures.
- Ensure smooth and accurate check-out, billing, and guest account management.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Promote the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and assist with enrollments or account inquiries.
- Maintain front desk & lobby cleanliness and uphold Marriott’s visual and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely responses to guest needs and requests.
- Assist guests with luggage and perform other bell services when required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Marriott systems (e.g., FOSSE) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and respond quickly to guest needs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to lift items up to 25 pounds (e.g., luggage).
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment (phones, printers, computers).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.96-$18.50 per hour
