The Newfoundland & Labrador Indigenous Tourism Association is an Indigenous lead non-profit that supports the Indigenous Tourism Industry in Newfoundland & Labrador. The association works with the Inuit of Nunatsiavut and NunatuKavut, The First Nations of Qalipu and Miawpukek, the Innu Nation, and self-identified individuals to strengthen the Indigenous Tourism Industry through multi-level partnerships and strategic initiatives. Using a sustainable mindset that aligns past, present, and future Indigenous Tourism assets, NLITA aims to provide tangible socio-economic benefits for Indigenous people and communities alike.
