We are seeking a CASUAL Room Attendant to be a part of our Housekeeping. The successful candidate would need to be available to work a variety of shifts - weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays - as well as occasional overtime as business levels dictate.

Scope:

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute directly to guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards.
  • Notify Guest Services (Front Desk) upon room completion to ensure availability for guests. Report any delays or unserviceable rooms to a supervisor.
  • Identify and report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Respond to guest, supervisor, or management requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain linen carts and supplies in a neat and organized manner, adhering to department standards.
  • Safeguard equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day, maintaining security protocols.
  • Log and report lost and found items to the supervisor according to hotel policy.
  • Follow cleaning procedures and participate in the self-inspection program to uphold quality standards.
  • Provide friendly, prompt service to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive work environment.
